Handle and blade of the Helle Rein Knife Limited Edition 2023
The handle has a layered construction of dark oak wood enhanced with rings made from leather and reindeer antlers. The blade is also layered. It is enhanced with a H3LS steel core, sandwiched in between two layers of 18/8 stainless steel for optimal corrosion resistance. H3LS is a solid type of steel patented by Helle. The knife was sharpened and polished by hand. Thanks to the scandi grind, you can also easily sharpen the knife yourself.
