Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging

Please note:

  • Gift cards are non-returnable
  • Items cannot be returned for change of mind

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued as either:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit (based on your preference)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you ordered the wrong size, return shipping is at your expense. Once the item is received, we will dispatch the replacement size.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary.

For items valued over $150, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
