Ready to bake minced Flinders Island wallaby with black and green peppercorn gravy. Similar to a classic minced meat pie.
Topped with cracked black pepper.
Our hand crafted pies are made with a combination of puff pastry for the lid and rough puff pie base. This combination of all butter pastry makes our pies crisp and flakey.
Bake in a pre-heated 190c oven for 28 - 30 minutes until dark golden brown.
